Not surprisingly, as I predicted yesterday, the gun prohibitionists are attacking the Supreme Court’s correct decision yesterday interpreting the Second Amendment according to its original intent - as a fundamental individual constitutional right to keep and bear arms. The New York Times in its lead editorial today called the Court’s reasoning “infuriating abstract.” I call the Court’s opinion refreshingly judicious.
