On Obama’s Hatred of Guns, John Avlon Should Leave Mythbusting to the Experts

While many lefties will react to yesterday’s judicial victory for the Second Amendment with scorn for the Supreme Court and wailing about how scary guns are, John Avlon has decided to take a different approach.  Today on the Daily Beast, he takes the decision as a sure sign that gun owners have nothing to fear [...]

New York Times Editorial Fires At Pro-Gun Supreme Court Ruling

Not surprisingly, as I predicted yesterday, the gun prohibitionists are attacking the Supreme Court’s correct decision yesterday interpreting  the Second Amendment according to its original intent -  as a fundamental individual constitutional right to keep and bear arms. The New York Times in its lead editorial today called the Court’s reasoning “infuriating abstract.” I call the Court’s opinion refreshingly judicious.

Sharia in Minnesota: free speech under fire as man faces hearing for “anti-Islam” posters

Dhimmi pseudo-journalist Dave Aeikins (that is how his name is spelled at the St. Cloud Times site, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a typo) doesn’t mention in this story that the attorneys in Benton and Stearns counties declined to file criminal charges against Elyea because they recognized…

Anti-Gay Meanies Refuse to Step Aside for Marriage Redefinition

In a stunning refusal to accept the obvious moral superiority of the leftist gay agenda, the State of California had the audacity to show up in court recently, in defense of Proposition 8.
Closing arguments in the case of Perry v. Rampant Bigoted Homophobes Schwarzenegger were heard this week in the United States District Court for [...]
